STEP 1 — Inquiry & Quotation｜询问与报价｜Pertanyaan & Sebut Harga
- Send us your product requirements, quantity, logo/artwork and other details. We will provide a quotation based on your requirements.
- 请提供您需要的产品、数量、Logo / 设计稿及相关资料，我们会根据您的需求提供报价。
- Sila hantarkan keperluan produk, kuantiti, logo/reka bentuk dan butiran lain. Kami akan memberikan sebut harga berdasarkan permintaan anda.
STEP 2 — Order Confirmation & 50% Deposit｜确认订单及支付 50% 订金｜Pengesahan Pesanan & Deposit 50%
- Once the price and order details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to proceed with the order.
- 确认价格及订单详情后，需支付 50% 订金，我们才会正式开始处理订单。
- Selepas harga dan butiran pesanan disahkan, deposit 50% diperlukan untuk meneruskan pesanan.
STEP 3 — Artwork Preparation｜设计稿制作｜Penyediaan Reka Bentuk
- After receiving the deposit, our designer will prepare the artwork or mock-up based on your requirements.
- 收到订金后，我们的设计师会根据您的要求准备设计稿或产品效果图。
- Selepas menerima deposit, pereka kami akan menyediakan reka bentuk atau mock-up berdasarkan keperluan anda.
STEP 4 — Artwork Approval｜确认设计稿｜Kelulusan Reka Bentuk
- The artwork will be sent to you for checking and approval. Production will only proceed after the final artwork has been approved.
- 设计稿完成后会发送给您检查及确认。最终设计稿确认后，我们才会安排生产。
- Reka bentuk akan dihantar untuk semakan dan kelulusan anda. Pengeluaran hanya akan diteruskan selepas reka bentuk akhir diluluskan.
STEP 5 — Bulk Production｜大货生产｜Pengeluaran Besar-besaran
- Once the artwork is approved, we will proceed with bulk production according to the confirmed design and order specifications.
- 设计稿确认后，我们会根据已确认的设计及订单要求开始进行大货生产。
- Selepas reka bentuk diluluskan, kami akan memulakan pengeluaran besar-besaran mengikut reka bentuk dan spesifikasi yang telah disahkan.
STEP 6 — Balance Payment｜支付余款｜Bayaran Baki
- The remaining 50% balance payment must be made before delivery or collection.
- 大货完成后，需支付剩余的 50% 余款，之后才会安排送货或取货。
- Baki 50% pembayaran perlu dijelaskan sebelum penghantaran atau pengambilan.
STEP 7 — Delivery / Collection｜送货 / 自取｜Penghantaran / Ambil Sendiri
- Once full payment has been received, we will arrange delivery or self-collection.
- 收到全额款项后，我们会安排送货或由顾客自行取货。
- Selepas pembayaran penuh diterima, kami akan mengatur penghantaran atau pengambilan sendiri.
